The repair person came. He didn’t look at the machine. He said it was the plug it was plugged into and that there had been a power surge. The plug as a Reset button. He clumsy checked the power to the plug of the machine and left. He didn’t do anything. No other appliance was affected by this “so called” power surge. The machine is less than 6 months old and has done this twice.
I am disappointed with LG and the awkward way of making an appointment and that they didn’t send their representative.
