I found Elite Trade Painting's work very sloppy and much of it had to be repainted. The person in charge did very little of the work himself. The cutting was missed in spots and they were careless around the ceilings and baseboards which had just been painted. The second coat had missed spots as well.

Thanks for taking the time to offer the feedback. We were very sorry that we weren't able to please Jackie with our service, it isn't typical of our work. When Jackie contacted us privately about her disappointment we took several steps to address the situation. Firstly all issues with quality were addressed to her satisfaction. Secondly a portion of our payment from Jackie was refunded as a form of apology for the inconvenience. Finally we followed up with Jackie to make sure that there was nothing else we could do to make her happy. As a company we stand behind our work. We follow up with all of our clients to ensure their satisfaction and are always happy to return if there is ever anything they are not fully satisfied with. We apologize for Jackie's poor experience and took proper steps to rectify the situation. We will take this as a learning experience so that we can improve the service we offer our clients.
