Exceptional customer service from the get go. Initial conversation over the phone with both Margaret and Teresa at the offices was a welcoming start. Visit to the showroom at the Mississauga location was a pleasant and educational experience. Prompt and efficient between providing a quote to completion of work. Kudos to Margaret, Teresa, Daniel and Mitch!

We hired this company after seeing the work of a neighbour here in Milton. We had about 5 different quotes and ended up hiring another company first. After an issue with liability, we called Daniel and hired him.

We had a full home window replacement, including front door. The windows were from one company and the sliding glass door from another.

We ordered everything at the end of May and the windows and door were installed in early August. Great work by the guys. Happy with the installation.

Our sliding glass door was another story. The company who manufacturers the door took a really long time. We waited 4 months from the time of ordering back in May. The company that makes the sliding door is Euro Vinyl. If you are ordering one, be prepared to wait.

Other than this, would recommend this business for your window or door replacement. Nice product, good installation and good customer service from all.

I had 4 windows in my dining room area and a large 3 pane window in my master bedroom replaced. The service was great.
I spoke with a number of other companies but Daniel was the only one who educated to me about how much better casement windows are than sliders, as I originally had. He went over all the fine details , was observant that that there are grills on the top half of my other remaining windows, noting that the new ones should have the same look. He is the owner, and it was nice to speak with someone who really cares about the company they work for. It is a great family business.
The installer came out and remeasured everything. The day of installation ran perfectly. They covered all floors even the stairs up to the bedroom. They had a 3 man crew and they were all really nice and did an excellent job and cleaned everything up. I also have shutters on all of my windows, which they took down and put back up for me, which was fantastic.
I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

We needed to a replace a couple of NEW windows that another company screwed up. I later contacted Value windows and doors. Daniel and Mitchell were a pleasure to deal with. Polite, courteous and the project was done on ahead of schedule. Mitchell did an excellent install and was a true craftsman with the caulking. The job site was left neat and clean. Will definitely recommend and use them again.

My mother and I live in an older house which required some modernization and renovations to keep up with energy efficiency standards.

With regard to our windows, we decided to group our window replacements three to four windows at a time in order to provide us with the flexibility to prioritize all our renovation needs in a timely manner.

As a result of our discussions and advice from VWAD, we now have new windows which give the house a modernized look while still complimenting its original architecture.

Company was recommended by our neighbor. We attended the Burlington Home Show and spoke with the owners of the company. Loved the choice of doors available but were most interested in the locking system on the doors. Loved the fact that the doors were manufactured here in Ontario, as we like to support a family run Canadian Company whenever we can. Service was great, staff very professional and job was completed in a timely manner just as promised.
