Elite roofing is an amazing company. We first contacted them because of a leak from the roof into our upstairs bathroom. At first they thought it was the ducts on the roof. They would blow open during windy days and rain would get into the gooseneck and down into the vent system of our bathroom. They replaced the ducts for a reasonable price (as compared to other companies) and ensured us that if there were any issues, they would swing by, rain or shine. After a heavy rainstorm we were sad to notice leaking and elite roofing had a crew out within 24 hours. They climbed into the attic, took many pictures, checked everything out and left with an intention of returning asap. They did return quickly and took out the roof underlay plastic and several asphalt tiles to hopefully fix the issue at no additional charge (despite the fact that it required 1 hr of labour). Unfortunately the roof leaked again. The crew came out again (very quickly) and spent 2 hours on the roof. After fixing all of the underlay and the asphalt tiles, they noticed a small hole that had been overlooked because of debris. It was patched and we have not had an issue since. Although this took a long time to resolve, my review is very positive for elite roofing because they stopped at nothing to find the issue and fix it with exceptional customer service. Once the real (and difficult to find) problem was identified, the roof has been perfect. The crew and manager (Rob) were professional, courteous and fair. Once charging us for the original repair (even though it wasn't the right one for our unusual issue), they did not charge any additional costs for labour or parts. I am very appreciative.

Yes indeed it was a special set of circumstances , And it turned out to be elusive indeed. We were more or less faced with the process of elimination approach as we did not do the initial install, We were extremely happy that at the end of the day we found the issue, we are grateful that you folks were patient and understood that in this case we had to take a couple of runs at it, Our motto is clear :) we will not stop we will not rest we will not cease to work at resolution until the issue is found corrected and eliminated and we have another happy customer :) Thanks again for choosing Calgary Elite Roofing Robert L VP of Operations
