Best company ever. I didn't have to wait for after the weekend (I was told by other companies) to have this issue resolved. Thanks to Ben he took care of it . Ben is a very special guy who takes his work very seriously. He explains everything he does and is very friendly. To his employer..."he's a keeper".

Of all times to need garage door service, our springs went on Halloween! The gentleman that came to help us was wonderful. Very professional, very pleasant and very prompt! He was in and out in about 45 minutes and my garage door has never been quieter. I appreciate his patience while I was having to deal with trick or treaters as well! Absolutely would deal with this company again and recommend to friends and neighbours!

Our new garage door is beautiful. Professional installation and service from the owner Steve. Definitely a man who goes out of his way to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. I would absolutely recommend The Door Master to my family and friends.

My is sure was the garage door would not close due to faulty sensors,

Came out the next day , replaced my sensors, great service and skilled professional, I was happy overall.

Our garage door opener was not working properly (stopping most of the time when we tried to close it). We called The Door Master and they came out the same day. Thought that I would have to replace the whole opener, but The Door Master fixed it by making adjustments to the sensors. We tested several times and now all works perfectly again.

Service was amazing. Quick, inexpensive fix to a problem. Couldn't ask for more.

Oleg came to reset my garage door guide wires, levelling, and tension setup. He is very knowledgeable, and completed the project well. Additional advice to me as the homeowner was helpful too. I would recommend him to others that have issues with their automatic garage doors.

From initial call to job completion, it was prompt and pleasant experience. Simon arrived at scheduled service time and explains required services and cost in professional manner. Job was done flawlessly and within estimated duration. Simon also surveys all components of garage door and perform necessary adjustment without any further charges. My garage door is now operating without any vibration or noise. Simon also provided routine maintenance requirement and available products and services. Had an issue with my garage door making loud noise and not staying closed. Josh came out adjusted the door setting and charged me only for the service call. :)
