9/10 because they were a few days late on the entire project (1650 sq ft), which took a total of 4 weeks.
Otherwise, no issues and very easy to work with. The contractors were very good and it was never a hassle to get in touch with someone from Basement Bro. I made several changes to the plan during the project and they were able to accommodate. My basement is now finished and I plan on renting it out.

I hired BasementBro to finish my basement. I contacted them through the internet and in few hours I got a response from Slava. I didn't know anything about the company and I was a little afraid, but Slava showed me some of the jobs they were doing and I like them. I hired them and in only 15 days my basement was ready and beautiful. The materials and finishing are excellent. The only complain I have is with the kitchen people. They were subcontracted and, even though the kitchen looks beautiful, they are not as responsible as BasementBro. Slave responded fast to all my inquiries and came in person whenever it was necessary. I highly recommend BasementBro!!!

BasementBro crew finished my basement. We have a big basement and it took about a month as they promised. Our deal with them was that everything is included. We were a little hesitant in the beginning because a lot of contractors will cheap out on your material during renovations. But we are very pleased with the quality of their work, they didn't try to install cheap tile and granite. In fact I picked all my material at Ciot on Jane St. They suggested that we insulate our floors and walls and let me tell ya, it comes very handy when you have kids! I had some questions when basement was completed, Slava from basementBro returned calls promptly (which you don't expect from contractors :) Overall, we are very happy and I have recommended this company to my friend who is redoing her kitchen with them now.
