We hired Basement Bro to finish our basement that we had started ourselves around 5 years ago. The process from start to finish was so simple. They answered all of our questions and concerns and laid out the entire job for us so there were no surprises. The crew (Alex and Boris) started on time each day and kept the work area very clean. The job started the day they said it would and finished within the promised time frame. This was important for us as Christmas was just a few weeks away. The quality of work was amazing! We loved seeing our basement transform each day. I would highly recommend them for any basement work!

I have hired contractors in the past and they usually disregard what you want or it never gets communicated to the actual person who is doing the work. When I hired BasementBro this was my major concern, I told them that I like attention to detail. We remodelled the basement and upgraded our kitchen. Surprisingly they listed everything in the quote even even type of material, scope, labour. I havent seen that level of detail before. They listened to what I wanted and the end result is great. I am quite delighted with my new kitchen: backspash is dark mosaic and the cabinets have under valance lighting. They installed space savers everywhere and lazy susan. I like how they coordinated delivery for all my new appliances, I was not even home. I wish the project didn’t take so long but they told me it cannot be completed in 1 month. The basement was dusty, debri was cleaned up but dust was everywhere. I would hire them again, Andrey is a good project manager. A Ittle tip: Ask for duct cleaning, they threw it in for free at the end of the project. I liked that, nice touch!

Our basement is finished now, it is not large but basementbro made it very cozy and functional. When I browsed online companies I thought that they only specialize in high end homes because my house didn’t look anything like those pictures. I called them in, the estimator came by on the weekend. We shopped around different companies for about 4 months and by that time knew pricing and timelines. Elina and Andrew gave us reasonable deal. They started 3 weeks after the quote when all material was selected. We put separate entrance from outside and washroom downstairs, no kitchen. Our basement mostly consists of open space and storage under the stairs. The entire renovation only took 27 days. It was noisy but worth it! My wife is happy now, happy wife – happy life!

Great job you guys! With a newborn in the family, we were worried about the noise and dust coming in to the house. These guys did our washroom, patio door, and kitchen on the main floor. Very professional, on time, on budget, and even called in some duct cleaners for us for free! Really happy with the work and the service was excellent. Thanks again guys.

My basement was completed in December of 2013. Eleina and her team finished off my basement beautifully, and put in a much needed sauna and a gym in as well. It was good craftsmanship, a very easy going and professional crew. They didn't give us hard time when we changed vanity and mirror after our plans were made. Eleina from customer service responds after hours and I always felt looked after. I definitely recommend BasementBro to everyone.
