We had Basement Bro come out and assess the work to convert our garage space into a larger basement space. Roman came and assessed the work and left saying we would get a quote in three days. Over a month now we still have not received a quote and the office hasn’t responded to my email. Talk about the worst customer service ever! I would steer clear of them!
