Mike came at fairly short notice and plumbed in our sink, taps and dishwasher. He knows his plumbing! There was a problem with the taps but he worked away until he had found the solution and got them working. Not sure that many plumbers would have persevered as long before giving up. Also was very neat and left things spotless. I would be happy to recommend him.

Mike referred this job to someone else (Mario/Angelo?) who came, looked at the job and quoted me $440 to do it (cash and no tax). I was desperate because I couldn't do dishes or use the sink and I agreed. That is my fault and I accept responsibility but in hind sight I feel I was taken advantage of. He insisted the pipes were old and needed to be replaced. The kitchen was just renovated in May 2017 so there was no reason to replace the pipes or the sink baskets yet he did. It was a sloppy plumbing job to begin with and needed to be fixed, not replaced. It took him less than an hour. Perhaps they deal differently with a man but as a woman I feel like I was hoodwinked. I have been told since then the job shouldn't have cost me more than $125 - $150. Lesson learned. Always get more than one quote.

Thanks to Ryan who came today and did two jobs. He quickly unplugged my laundry tubs and best of all thoroughly explained that it was grease and lint that blocked them and how it happened. He then creatively replaced the U-bend piping under a bathroom sink from 1959. He had to do some cutting and creative joining of the 2018 plastic pipes and he made it work. Ryan was quick, focused and seems to really like his work. I recommend this service.

Upon my request for a faster service, Mike came the very next day. He changed a stuck ball valve on my main water line. The valve was in a triangular tight corner, in spite of that he did a good job at a reasonable cost. He stayed around for the municipality technician to come back and turn on the curb stop. There was no leaks afterwards. I will call him again for any future plumbing jobs.

I had a weird noise in my pipes and couldn't figure it out. I called and talked to Mike at Cirton about the issue that I was having. He sent one of his guys over and the noise puzzled him at first. He was so experienced that he figured it out in no time. He traced the issue to my water heater and a defective valve that is inside it. One little valve was causing noise to carry through my whole house! I couldn't beleive it! Thank you Cirton!

Everyone I have dealt with in this company was courteous, helpful and really flexible in getting someone to the house with my hectic schedule. I highly recommend them and have found my go to for plumbing issues I may encounter in the future.

I had discovered water damage on the ceiling and drywalls of the washroom this afternoon - turned off the main water valve and contacted Citron around 630pm. Talked to Mike who then relayed the message to Angelo. Got the call from Angelo within half an hour and was able to arrive by 8pm as promised. He was quick to diagnose the source of problem and fix the issue. I really do appreciate the speedy response, and professionalism. Hope I won't have to experience any issues with pipes, but if there are issues, they will be my go-to!

We had a valve on our water tank break in the basement, leading to a leak that needed to be fixed immediately. When I say immediately, that means IMMEDIATELY, or we wouldn't have any hot water in the middle of a freezing Toronto winter. We called Cirton at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday night, and Angelo, the technician arrived shortly thereafter. He fixed the valve very quickly and was such a pleasure to work with! This was the only company that advertised "emergency plumbing" and stuck to their word- no other companies wanted to come out on a Saturday night in the middle of a snow storm. Angelo was so professional and we were so happy to have the problem fixed the same evening with no issues whatsoever. I highly recommend Cirton Plumbing and Angelo for any plumbing issues! They are so knowledgeable and provide great customer service.

Our kitchen faucet broke. I called Cirton Plumbing as we have had toilets installed by them in the past. Mike suggested that I purchase the replacement faucet myself as there would be no cost savings if they purchased for me. Angelo was prompt and completed the installation. The garbage was removed for disposal and the area was tidy once the job was done.

My call was answered immediately and they arranged for a plumber to call. "Angelo" came over within an hour of my call and went straight to work to unplug our floor drain which was rather disgusting as the sewer had backed up. He was professional and courteous and was able to complete the job quickly. He explained what the problem was and how to avoid this from happening again. Fast and friendly service all the way around. Received a fast response from Mike on Homestars. He was very pleasant and provided great advice on replacing the brass kitchen sink pipes with ABS. Angelo arrived on the same day and completed the work.
