I had Reliance come out one year ago to service my AC. It wasn't blowing cold air, so they recharged the system, and the temperature improved. I've seen many suggestions that say recharging is not normal, they should not leak. So the tech should find the leak, and fix it. This tech wasn't interested in finding the leak. But at least one year later, it's still blowing cold.
Fast forward almost a year later, I get a call from them that my payment didn't go through do to a glitch on their side. I checked my credit card records, and verified that no payment was made. They said they'd mail another invoice and we could square up then. Two months later, still no invoice in the mail. So I called them back, left a message. No call. About three weeks later, I call, and finally reach someone and pay over the phone. Needless to say I'm quite annoyed that I had to chase after them to pay up, after it was their mistake.
