Dave was very friendly and helpful and answered all of my many questions throughout the process. The tradespeople he brought in were also very nice. I lived in the house throughout the renovation and they were very considerate.

We were in a bit of a pinch to get our bathroom renovation completed as our previous contractor kept delaying so we reached out to Dave at Dynamic Contracting. We already had all the materials so he was able to start the following week. He said he would try his best to get it done in 3 weeks and he lived up to that promise which is so rare these days. We are extremely happy with the results. It even exceeded our expectations. Dave also helped us with a few other things we needed done and was always pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend Dave and his team if you're looking for quality workmanship and great service!

Dave was referred to us by our chosen supplier of cabinets for our new kitchen. The project involved some demolition and reconstruction to open up our space. Throughout the project Dave brought in excellent trades as needed, coordinated with our kitchen supplier and finished the project on time and on budget. At all times Dave was careful to leave the workspace as clean as possible.

Dave from Dynamic has done some amazing work at my house. He recently completed my laundry and bath reno in a short period of time, I think approx 10 days. Dave is a great, reliable contractor that has helped me out many times, even though it wasn't part of his job to do so. He always left my house clean and tidy and always kept me on budget.
