Interior and exterior water proofing, and sump pump replacement
We had minor but persistent issues with water ingress in our basement for a while, but wanted to finally finish it so we needed to address this. We got quotes from several companies, but Edgar made me feel very confident that we would be in good hands, and we were. They did the work quickly, on the schedule they said, everything appears to have been done the way they said and we're happy. Once they excavated our foundation, it turned out that it was in MUCH worse condition than we could have guessed, and so we needed to do a repair to the foundation as well. This didn't end up costing very much more (it was already excavated, so it was just the marginal cost of the repair), and this only added two extra days to the work.
I'm very happy with the work, but they were also professional, courteous and very fair in their pricing. I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone.
