Days later, contractor Andrew and co-worker spent two days to eradicate the issue. I was shown deep water in the first area dug and dry area at the other end. When the dig was completed between the two ends, Andrew released a clog from the old weeper and the water flowed to the drain, leaving a tiny trickle. New weepers were installed strategically, work was efficient and neat, and workers knowledgeable and friendly. This was Not a cookie-cutter high-cost repair including things that were not needed.
