Royal Work Corp. Waterproofing

Anatoliy (project manager) came to assess the problem we had with some water leaking into our cold cellar. He suggested both internal and external waterproofing with a window well creation (since we had a bsmt window at grade level with the cement in front grading towards our house). His quote was not only the cheapest out of 3 other companies but it involved both internal and external waterproofing (other companies only included internal) and provided a solution for the window at grade level. His crew took two days to finish the job. They worked hard to excavate 6 ft down outside and drilled very thick concrete in our bsmt. We feel confident that our newly finished bsmt will remain dry as guaranteed by their 25 year warranty. The only small gripe I had was that the bsmt was left in somewhat messy condition (with cement dust and footprints and the crew did not dispose of the half used cement bags). Overall I would recommend Royal Works Corp. for any waterproofing needs.
