While other firms/contractors came and quoted absorbent amounts for a solution that may not have even fixed the issue, Nazaar's knowledge and experience found the source within 5 minutes.
Apparently it was due to poorly cut concrete slits under an exterior door frame which is a simply DIY fix, saving me thousands of dollars. Nazaar provided clear explanations, how to test, and fix the problem myself. He also gave a very reasonable quote in the case it was a foundational wall issue.
