Royal Work Corp. Waterproofing

After 14 months of excavation and underpinning an 8ft basement out of a crawlspace, our previous contractor left us in the lurch when we had about 10-20% of the work to finish -two big windows to rough in, an interior wall in bad shape, an opening at the side of the house to be closed, two LVL beams to be properly installed, a concrete floating path above the walkout, a walkout wall to build out, and a bunch of parging to make it all look presentable. We waited two months daily begging them to return until we gave up and engaged Royal Work based on reviews.

After months of near despair before Royal Work arrived, we watched Sasha and his crew basically solve one problem after another, doing the entire job in 9 days. The relief is palpable. And the quality of the work is also impeccable. I wouldn't have been a good judge before but even by comparison to the previous contractor - whose work was pretty good - these are very precise, very thoughtfully done pieces of work.
