We had a gas leak at our meter and called Enbridge. They came out and said they detected two leaks, one at the meter and one downstream. They fixed the meter then turned the gas off gave us a red tag and left. No help whatsoever with regards to the other leak. We were left with out heat or hot water. This was Friday afternoon. Saturday morning we found General Gas Services in the yellow pages. Keith was here within two hours and had the gas back on. No leak was detected. We had Enbridge back out to explain about the other leak. They could not find one, at first. It took them about 30 minutes of checking everything, until by accident they found it. I have to mention that the pressure test done by both Enbridge and Keith showed no indication of a leak. Once found we called Keith and he was back the next day and fixed the problem at no extra charge. He was very helpful, friendly and would have no problem recommending him.
