I've used Ryan 3 times now, and twice he has saved me from disaster. Most recently I was going to buy a home listed as having a concrete foundation, but in the course of Ryan's inspection he determined (correctly) that it was in fact preserved wood. This has a huge impact on a home's value and would have been terrible had it been missed. Which it had by the inspectors of the home's two previous purchasers...

Ryan also provides very practical advice. Every used home is going to have some issues but he has a good grasp on what things are actually going to cost you money going forward. I will absolutely use him again and suggest that you should do the same.

Ryan should have his own show on HGTV....and I would watch it....because he is really that awesome! He has an eagle-eye for detail and explained everything so thoroughly that I felt like I was apprenticing. His advice is trustworthy and practical. His written report was a work of art.

Ryan has a wealth of "in-the-trenches" experience that sets him a solid notch above the crowd. He has done 2 home inspections for us, the second of which was a somewhat sketchy house that had failed two inspections previously. Ryan's assessment was solid; his advice was sound. We ended up buying the house. And we felt good about the purchase in large part because of the confidence we had in his inspection.

Ryan ROCKS!!!! We had Ryan come and do an inspection on a new home we purchased. This was our first NEW home and we thought it would be an easy inspection since everything was brand new. Ryan was so knowledgeable in finding anything that could become a problem or small things that were already a problem that we wouldn't have found on our own until possession or after. Ryan also found some structural issues that we were aware of. He found that we needed a retaining wall to be built in order to save the integrity of our garage and yard. We were so thankful and put at ease by Ryan's skilled inspection. He truly is at the top of his class.
