I called Jamie to get an estimate on the install of resilient channel in two walls and ceiling, drywall, tape, mud with 3 coats, sand and finish the ceiling to popcorn. The estimate was found to be competitive and the job was done within the time frame and satisfied with the results. We were also impressed with the professional cleaning after the renovation; we had covered all furniture in the family room and the couple went through the whole room, cleaning the blinds, furniture and even wash the floor.
