Strathcona Elite Furnace Cleaning

Awesome service. Darrell and his helper came in on Sunday to do our
duct cleaning , furnace and dryer vents. Excellent service and valve for
work done. I would recommend them to any one that needed this work done.

I always try to support local and family businesses when possible. One of the reasons is they care! About you, thier staff and the work they do. Strathcona Furnace cleaning did not disappoint! My daughter and I were suffering from extreme allergies, due to renovation dust. Despite being very eager to have the furnace and ducts cleaned, they were very honest and knowledgable and did not try to up-sell me things I didn't need. They were very accommodating when I had to change the date due to construction. And were very mindful of protecting my family and there employees during this crazy covid time. They were friendly, on time, upfront and thourow, with fair pricing. They did an excellent job and had photos to prove it. Would highly recommend to anyone. We can breath easy now. My whole family thanks You!

My husband I were so impressed how thorough and dedicated Darrel and Jeff did while cleaning our furnace and ducts. It was an evening job, they arrived on time and worked hard. They were thorough, professional, polite and everything else!!

Darrell and his assistant did an incredible job of cleaning our ducts! Scheduling the cleaning was followed up with a text confirmation. They arrived on time, took before & after photos and even recovered construction debris (built in 2000) even though we had another service clean the ducts four years prior (obviously missed cleaning the ducts) using such silent equipment. Personable, polite, respectful and definitely worth hiring these two and an incredible investment for your home. Definitely will have them back to clean our ducts again! Just pick up the phone and you can't go wrong by calling them...what are you waiting for?

this guy is awesome!!! he went above and beyond for me, we had a problem with the power at the house, and in the -30 weather this company helped us get all back together and showed up the following day to finish the job, and did not charge us extra because he understood the problem!!! Customer service at its FINEST and there sure is not much of that anymore!!!! I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat

These guys were awesome! Very professional, tidy, showed me all the pictures of my ducts, came after work so I didn't need to take time off.
They were running a few minutes late because of Friday rush hour on the Henday so they called to tell me which was amazing since I had another furnace company cancel on me three times and then not show up at all after I took the day off. Definitely use them again and highly recommend them. They were actually recommended to me by a friend who called them out and they told her that they had to be honest that she would be wasting her money if they did her cleaning as it wasn't dirty and to call them again in a year. Very cool.

Fantastic job, can't rave about these guys enough. Even fix something minor that was an oversight from the home builder, they caught because the inspection their work with a camera.

After reading the rave reviews on this company on Google, I decided to call upon their service. Without a doubt, the quality of service was outstanding. The cleaning was extremely thorough and definitely not rushed. What also impressed me was the care taken not to track dirt indoors when the equipment was brought in. Truly an exceptional company.
