Advantage Airtech Climatecare

On January 7, 2020 we had a visit from Big Mark for our annual furnace maintenance check-up. He was very courteous and pleasant as usual which made for a most enjoyable experience. Over the years we have always been extremely pleased by the service we have received from the folks at Advantage Airtech.

Matt was on time, polite and efficient. Did our annual maintenance on the furnace and was good at explaining what he tested and how the furnace was running. These guys are always polite and very courteous.

Matt was a pleasant and knowledgeable technician. He worked on our fireplace until it was working satisfactorily. We had a spider's nest in it. so he removed it and cleaned the glass.

My 23 year old Carrier furnace finally died and repair costs steered me towards investing in something new. Ryan the technician tried diligently with his diagnosis but the control board was shot. Steve came over later the same day due to my "no heat" situation and walked me through what would be adequate for my house. Installation was completed less than 2 days later by Barry and Bailey who were courteous and professional. Overall this was a great experience and I am happy with the service and product (York furnace). Thank you Advantage Airtech!

Mark did the annual service on my A/C yesterday. He has been servicing my furnace since it has been installed and I am pleased with the outstanding work he did. He is also caring and respectful. It was raining yesterday and I informed him that I cleaned my carpet the day before and without any hesitation, he told me that he will remove his shoe. Thank you Mark for being understanding and the excellent service you provided.

Advantage Air Tech installed a new Goodman furnace in 2014 at our home, the furnace failed repeatedly (2-3 times) per winter since the original installation. The company technicians responded promptly to perform repairs and get the furnace back inservice, however this led to replacement of virtually every replaceable part, including rewiring the furnace itself. These constant failures were very frustrating, to say the least. Finally after the third failure this winter, the company owners committed to full replacement at no cost to us, this replacement was completed within about 30 hours. The company representatives have acknowledged they are not dealing with Goodman anymore. So to sum up the review we are satisfied with the final outcome and hopefully the new furnace operates trouble free.

These guys Dennis and Justin have just installed a new furnace for us. Great guys, very polite. They did a nice job of it and didn't take long. No muss no fuss. Thanks guys for the great work and all the info needed.
