We called Restoration 1 to help when we discovered that one of our toilets was leaking into the living room below it. Tony came by and helped us understand our options (including key points to discuss with our insurance company) and the general process in front of us. Most importantly, he was very objective when helping us think through our next steps.
I would recommend Restoration 1 to anyone facing a similar unfortunate situation. Tony was objective, knowledgeable, action-oriented and personable - you can't ask for more than that when your ceiling is leaking.
