Vito and his crew did a great job for our family renovating the basement (twice, due to the summer storms) and our attic. He is timely and very focused on cleanliness and the least disruption to the household. He knows some of the best trades in the business. Vito provides a quality service, he's not the least expensive, but you get what you pay for. I would highly recommend Vito and his team for any major project from renovation to new build. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

We did a complete exterior renovation to our 20 year old home and employed Vissa Homes. We were pleased with both the outcome of the project (the house looks great!) and Vito's management.

I have done several renovations and have had great experiences and tougher ones. This one was a great one and that's largely due to Vito's professionalism, the overall quality of the trades and the focus on doing high-quality work.

From the beginning, there was a clear budget, ongoing communication thereof, and attention to meeting that figure. When things happened to delay the project, as they always do, there was constant communication to the reasons and, most importantly to the plan of corrective action.

Above all, we worked very well together and I attribute that to clear expectations, ongoing and open communications, our mutual desire for high quality work, and your strong project management skills both from a project completion and cost management perspective.
