Saved up money for reno. Called few places to get a design suggestion and estimation. Oksana from VorobCraft was very friendly and professional. She gave me few suggestions and worked with me around my budget to get the best design/quality for my money.
Work was also done quietly and around my work schedule (I work from home, and excessive noise would interrupt me).

We hired VorobCraft Cabinetry to do the millwork and custom cabinetry for 2 kitchens and a laundry room in our new home Oakville. My wife, who is an interior designer and has a wickedly keen eye for detail, provided their designter Oksana with the drawings for the project. There were many small details in the millwork which made the job difficult. But in the end, we were absolutely happy, fabrication and quality of material were excellent as was the installation. VorobCraft has a fantastic installation team that conducted themselves with professionalism. We would highly recommend Roman and his company to anyone contemplating custom cabinetry and millwork.

We moved in to a renovated home in late 2020 and worked with a well-know Toronto designer on plans that required some significant millwork in multiple rooms in the house. The designer retained VorobCraft in mid-2021 to build and install the cabinetry and supplied detailed drawings for all of the required work. We paid a 50% deposit in advance.

Things started well although there were significant delays due to Covid and I believe that they lost some key employees due to accidents and staff turnover. Our job was half completed (we have cabinets with drawers and doors missing) and some components were damaged during installation, after which we seem to have been abandoned.

Roman, the owner, has made numerous "broken promises" (I'm being generous describing them this way) telling us 3 or 4 times that one particular piece that we have been waiting for was "in the paint-shop and would be delivered next week". It has never materialized even though we offered to have someone else do the installation if he didn't have the staff himself. Some items which were delivered initially, were taken away for repairs and have never been returned leaving us with open spaces in the cabinets.

Now he won't return our calls or calls from the designer despite repeated attempts to contact him. I have left dozens of messages at his office and on his personal cell pleading for him to reach out so we can resolve the outstanding issues. He has not responded even though I've spoken to employees who have promised to pass on messages.

This is not about money; because the jobs are half-finished, other companies don't want to take on a half-finished project so we don't know how to get the job completed. At this point we are at our wits end.

If you are considering using Roman or Vorob Craft for your own work, I strongly urge you to find another supplier. Roman lacks integrity and in my experience he will flat out mislead you with promises he has no intention of keeping.

The quality of the work is best described as "adequate". Several installed elements have defects and marks that indicate poor quality control and we have multiple doors/drawers that do not open/close properly due to poor installation or sagging after only a few months.

I just want to get the missing pieces delivered and the defects addressed so we can all get on with our lives but if you have a chance to choose someone else for your project, I would take this opportunity to run for the closest exit.

The entire team and experience was exceptional. My daughter's kitchen looks beautiful! Everyone was extremely helpful and hard working in creating a quality product. The entire process was seamless, the team is very knowledgeable and was always responsive and on time. We recommend this company to anyone that would like to do their kitchen. Modern design, great colour options, we went with a glossy finish and couldn’t be happier! Thank you very much to Roman, Bogdan, Volodymyr and Igor for your services!

I have been using my kitchen for 2 months already and I am very happy with the end result. Particularly a big thank you to the Vorob Craft Cabinetry. Roma is a very responsible and honest person. He responded quickly to phone calls, any concerns were solved in an efficient manner, and the project was done as promised. They used high quality hardware and materials for the cabinets. Although my kitchen cabinets are a light grey colour, any stains that accumulate on them are easily removed with simple cleaning.
I would highly recommend Vorob Craft team for your kitchen project.

We bought a new condo decided to do some improvements prior moving in. Hired VorobCraft as we worked with them before. As always boys were very helpful and professional. They completely redesigned a walk in closet, so it can fit more stuff and looks gorgeous at the same time.
