Appliance Repair Master

This was the second time requesting the services of Appliance Repair Master. Our family was very satisfied with the services the first time: booking was simple, the repairman called ahead and arrived in the time frame that had been agreed upon. Avi was professional, courteous, and patient and explained what happened clearly. Payment was very reasonable. The second time I called the booking took less than a minute. They had me on file and technician came the same day within couple of hours. Avi( I requested the same technician as I was very happy with him last time) came with replacement parts so no extra appointment plus delivery time was needed. In addition, I have received a discount as a second time client. In short, I recommend this company as efficient and reliable one!

Overcharged for restocking fee. Company gave exhorbitant $600+ quote and my wife let them charge her card on a Sunday. She phoned to cancel within an hour, and they still charged a "restocking fee". Dishonest and petty.

Very professional service. The problem was diagnosed and the dishwasher was repaired and tested for correct functionality in a timely manor. Very satisfied overall. I would recommend this service to others in need of dishwasher repair.

Ice-maker was repaired on Sept 27 2014. We are an old couple seldomly using it. In 5 1/2 months the ice-maker failed. The warrantiy for the parts they put in the invoice 30 days. No warranty for labour. We called to several part suppliers and they give one year warranties!!!, The Applience refused to send a technitian to check. We feel abused.

i was very pleased at the fast and efficient service. They were very fair and honest and the dryer was fixed as promised. They also followed up to see i was pleased. i would recommend them for sure.

Great service, they would have been here the same day, but I was busy. They came the next day and fixed the problem that day. We have used them previously and they have been very knowledgable and professional each time.

Dryer stopped working at our yoga studio and we needed same day service! They can and fixed it on a Saturday so we didn't have to outsource our laundry. Beyond happy with their service!!

LG washing machine broke down on a Sunday due to a worn out pump (did research on line to find this out). I called a few places and no one could come out same day or even within 3 days. Some places I called did not deal with LG and most were quite rude and abrupt on the phone. I called Appliance Repair Master and spoke to a very nice person who was very reassuring and gave really good advice. The technician actually came out the same day.....on a Sunday!! He was able to diagnose the problem quite quickly and gave us a price for the pump right on the spot. I thought I would have to wait a few days to have the part ordered and installed which is definitely not ideal especially since we rely on the washing machine daily. The part came the very next day and the technician (his name was Nick) came out again and fixed the machine. He was so polite and patient. The total turnaround time was 24hrs! Our machine is up and running great. We are delighted with the service we received from Appliance Repair Master and would definitely recommend this company. Thank you Appliance Repair Master!

We had a problem with our stove and Abi from the Appliance Repair Master was excellent. It didn't take him long to identify the problem and fix it and it was on a Sunday which was great not to have to wait for days to have our stove back. We would definitely use this service again.
