Appliance Repair Master

I ent an email on Monday and they were here on Wednesday and schedule a time that worked for me. Avi was outstanding, he explained everything and fixed the problem immediately on my dryer. He represents your organization very well.

I was extremely pleased with Avi of Appliance Repair Master. He was very professional and showed up promptly at the time of the appointment. Avi explained everything and gave me different options without any pressure. When he returned with the parts he was again on time and not only did he fix my oven he took apart the 3 pieces of glass on the oven door and CLEANED all 3 pieces of glass. I would definitely recommend this company and I would call them again for the rest of my appliances.

My washer drain pump was leaking over the floor on the weekend and contacted Appliance Repair Master, they he was able to come on a Sunday to look at it! Service was amazing the Technician Avi was able to isolate the issue and order the part. Great service well recommended.

Alex first came to the house and was professional and got straight to finding the problem with a broken part in our oven.
The part was ordered and unfortunately there was an error in writing down our phone number. However, Abi came and was professional and installed the new part and the oven works great!

Called for repair of washing machine, technician was knowledgeable and ensured parts were delivered and installed in a timely manner. Always stayed onsite to ensure machine was in working order before leaving. Returned to check on appliance as needed.

Very pleased with the service. Service technician knew what he was doing. Took care to slide out the dishwasher, cleaned the space without being asked. Had all the necessary tools including a flashlight which he used. Spent time to find the leak, ordered the part and informed how long before it was in his shop. Returned promptly to put in the hew part. Again, he left the workspace clean and tidy. You would never know he had been! Pleasant, prompt and knowledgeable. And less expensive than a new dishwasher!

We had a complicated repair job involving two parts for our clothes washer. The repair technician, Avi, was informative, polite and patient in making the repairs to fix a washer that still has many years of use left in it. He showed us a thorough inspection of the machine to determine if repair was recommended before any work began. After determining the machine still had much life still in it, he made the repairs in a thorough, professional manner.

Very professional company. From the receptionist to the technician Avi. We had a leaking fridge and a stove not working. Avi explained everything. After he left we felt one element was not heating up right. The follow up was fast with no argument. That is when you know you are dealing with a professional company. All fixed. Part replaced again with no issues. Highly recommend.
