Mike answered my panicked call right away on a Saturday and came by the next day - meaning that he does service calls on a Sunday in the summer! Even after I fixed the leak myself (front load - pump filter at the bottom wasn't in properly ) they were still willing to come and check everything thoroughly five times over. He told me all was in good shape, said to only use High Efficiency machine soap, and what brands of washers he would recommend in future. I thought he was very thorough and would definitely recommend highly. Thanks Mike!
