If we could assign one word to the work of Mark and his team, it would be integrity. At no time during the addition were we treated with anything less than the utmost respect: communication was excellent and the workmanship was outstanding. If we requested any changes, or additions to the work, it was fully discussed and priced, and the final costs were exactly what was expected. Any issues which cropped up were also fully explained throughout and at no time were we stressed, or distressed. We did a lot of research in finding Mark and would not hesitate to work with him again, or to recommend him.
The work will take time to complete, and there were some small delays. They were well communicated by Brian, Marks's excellent and hard working Project Manager. Because Mark uses a core team of tradesmen, there can be a pause between each stage, but the vetting process means you can be sure of a really high standard of work. Ultimately, the timescale quoted was accurate.
Also, the timing of the addition needed to fit in with the installation of an inground pool. This was very well managed and, again, caused us no concerns.
We placed our trust in the right people and have fond memories of the whole experience.

Marcon Construction was contracted to complete our second story additionin Burlington. We are very pleased with the finished product and found all trades to be professional and friendly. If you are planning a renovation be prepared to wait 2-3 months for Marcon to fit you in; however you won't be disappointed with the product.
