Jafar was very professional. He knew what the issue was right away and had a contact for us. He was prompt, courteous, and diagnoses the problem quickly. Despite making the call out, he opted not to charge us, maybe because it was a short visit. Nonetheless, he could have charged us or dragged out the visit but he did not. Thank you Jafar!
