Bought a stove from Brampton TV and Appliance. Check it the following day and found a piece of metal flaked off on the inner side of the oven door. Also the oven drawer would not slide open, it just keep falling off.
I called them, they said send picture, I did. They did not call back, I called the next day, they said someone would come between 7:00 and 7:30 pm (this is on a Saturday). No one showed up, called 7:45 pm, they said "sorry sir, it was a mistake, someone will be there the next day (Sunday). between 6:00 and 6:30 pm, no one showed up.
Called Monday, they are not answering their phones.
I called Frigidaire and they said they cannot do anything, I have to go through the store.
What these people are doing, they are playing with time, because the first day I called, they said not to use the stove. I had no choice but to use it, what am i going to cook on.
