Experiencing low pressure issues in our house and called Ducky's after some online research. The first thing they did before coming out was explain the potential culprits. One being a city issue and then calling the City should be our first step. I truly appreciated knowing this prior to booking.
We booked and when Andy came out it turned out to be a quick fix and we were only charged the callout rate. Once again, this was much appreciated.
I would not hesitate to contact Ducky's Drains again and will be recommending to all my friends and family! VERY impressed!
