As soon as we called Andy, we had a good feeling. We bought a house 6 weeks ago, and we have an en suite which had a busted flange and was starting to leak water. Also the toilet in the basement would not stop running. Andy came over the next day after we called him. After the bathroom had a chance to dry out he came back to repair both toilets and make sure they were in perfect condition. Very easy man to deal with, very reasonably priced, and gets the job done. AND cleaned up after himself, didn't even know he was there! HIGHLY recommend Ducky's Drains and we would not hesitate to call them for any plumbing concerns.
