I am very happy with Brian and his teams' work. They arrived at my house and introduced themselves in a very professional manner. They gave me the price prior to starting work and were very kind and efficient. They cleaned after themselves and also were kind enough to adjust the hight of my stove when i asked them to because I didn't know how to do so. They also checked the entire house for any gas leak without me asking them for it. They went through the emergency valve with me as a safety feature. I loved their final finish. I highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again if i need to install anything else.

Brian and his team did a great job installing the hose. Brian also capped a gas line that was not on his work order and did so without question. Very helpful and handy.

Purchased water heater from Lowe's in Barrie for a good price including installation and warranty. Brian of CGS picked up the unit, delivered and professionally installed in my home. The work was professional in every way, he was careful with the transportation up & down to my basement and explained the procedures if I should have any issues. Although I had purchased the unit from Lowe's, who also are responsible for the warranty, Brian advised to call him directly should I require service and save the usual frustration in sometimes trying to obtain service from a large conglomerate. I appreciate this level of customer service.

We contracted the company to come in last summer and add a gas line for our new oven. We were very satisfied with the quality of their work and overall professionalism. Very easy to contact and schedule appointments as well as being quick to return calls. Recently had them back to install a line for our gas bbq and again, couldn't be happier with the overall work. I recently had Canadian Gas Service install a fireplace in my basement after I had seen one of their advertisements and we are thrilled with the job that they did. Many of our friends and relatives have commented on the elegance it provides to the room. The installer Brian, who happened to also be the owner of the company was professional, friendly, and thorough in his work and his customer service was impeccable. He answered any questions that we had about the installation and provided us with a sense of security in the fact that there would be no safety issues with the unit itself. Brian and his team showed up in uniform and on time. They explained all the benefits and draw backs of what i wanted to do. They really took the time to explain all my options.
I chose to proceed with a Tagaki Tankless gas water heater. This will replace the current inefficient chimney water heater tank.
I received a professional written estimate and they price did not change.
During the install there was a couple of things that came up but the never once asked for more money.
The job was completed on time and the team was very Professional. The install looks great .
They even followed up a few days later to make sure i was satisfied. WOW

I purchased a new dishwasher with installation services from Lowes (delivery, installation and removal of old dishwasher). Kyle and Matt, installers with Canadian Gas Service, were on time, courteous, professional, deligent to ensure my new machine was properly installed and advised me of the one-year installation warranty upon completion. Employeed in the construction industry and around trades daily, I am familiar with tradesmen that take pride in their work. Great job and thanks again fellas! I would without hesitation recommend Canadian Gas Service. (note: approx $150 was Lowe's installation/delivery charge).
