Very bad company. they installed the new roof in november, we had a bad and windy storm in January and some of the shingles flew away! We called Waren the owner to send someone to fix it and he said he won't fix it till spring and that we had to wait for 3 more months!! very unprofessional and they don't comply to their warranty statement. We will be taking it to court. They also go by the name of roofing ltd.

must avoid at all cost. he stated that he was the contract that my neighbour next door hired and asked for deposit, only to find out he wasn't the same contractor.

We had our full roof done and they put different color at the back and front. We did not realize until our neighbours told us as we could not see the back. The front extension roof dropped after 10 days. We have tried reaching Warren and he is giving us a run around. Please do not think of going with them all.

Loyalty Roofing installed new shingles on my roof. After they were done my neighbor noticed that none of the flashing was put back and my chimney support was not reinstalled. After numerous attempts to reach them they finally agreed to come back and all they did was caulk some shingles onto the face of my house and said it was fine. Three days later it rained and water started leaking from the corners of my ceiling in two of my bedrooms. I called them again and they said they would come fix it but they didn't show up. I called them again and they said they would come back in two days but they never did. I have since called another roofer and they told me the shingles were installed too far apart which is why my roof is leaking. I called Loyalty again and asked them for my money back but they said there was nothing wrong with the roof and hung up on me.

We experienced the roofing quote inmate. We called 5 companies (yes some are even from Homestars top 10 list). Two showed up and only one left a quote . One company promised to send the quote to my email after telling me that he is a verified home inspector etc.

My neighbour even had one company signed the contract and went back on their words the day before the job was to start, unfortunately, Homestars won't let us tell you who they are,

So my neighbour found Loyalty Roofing Ltd.
Jason was easy to work with, and he knows his stuff. (After multiple quotes , my neighbour is a pro)
The contract was signed and the job sad done with 6 hard working guys working away. They cleaned up well..

The driveway is cleaned and we are very happy.
No more looking for roofers who will not return your call....
