Jeremy and his team were outstanding! From start to finish including even the smallest details such as hiding wires, mounting of piping and the use of NO shortcuts! John (owner) should be commended for surrounding himself with such a competent, but more importantly, personable staff. From Jim in sales to Jeremy, Jordan, Taylor, Nick (installation) and Jordan in service, these guys are wonderful. The conversion was a 'journey' as a home owner, however in the end all was good. I did not research any other company for price comparison as Reliable had installed our air conditioner approx. three years ago and I knew from that experience, that honesty and customer satisfaction were a main staple of this company. Not everything went according to plan, HOWEVER, RHE stepped up to the minor concerns I had, promptly and courteously. The job site was left in immaculate condition when completed. If we all think of our past work done by contractors, would you not rather pay a little extra, but get that PERSONAL touch during and after the work is finished (not forgetting that LENNOX is a great product with a great warranty)?

Jade from Reliable Home Environment cleaned my ducts. He was professional and explained the process before starting. Cleaned each vent and i could hear all the debris being sucked out of my dirty ducts. I was given good advice to help keep my ducts clean and Jade left no tracks when he left. Great service!

My entire experience with Reliable Home was perfect. After inquiring online, I received prompt and courteous service with a technician scheduled to arrive the next day. The technician was on time, and had the issue handled quickly. Price was extremely reasonable considering some of the other HVAC companies I've dealt with, and there wasn't any irritating upselling of maintenance plans. I will definitely be using this company again in the future, and would easily recommend it to others.

After sales service is top notch too - had an issue with the furnace on a Saturday evening. They mobilized and arranged to have someone come in even though we had to be somewhere else that evening - took care of the problem, under warranty, and gave me a call to confirm all was good. Couldn't have asked for more! It is also great to know that if there is a problem, you can call and someone will always be there at the other end of the line to help...

From the time I contacted this company for the first time right through until the job site clean-up was completed every aspect of this project could only be described as perfectly professional. Jeremy and crew of Jordan, Taylor and Nick replaced our Lennox furnace and Air Conditioner with new Lennox products. The old equipment came out without damage to our home or ducting. The new furnace was installed cleanly with the work being done with a very friendly and knowledgeable set of technicians, all were proud to produce their license cards. Pride in workmanship was very evident. They came when they said they would come, very appreciated in the current cold weather. We had heat by noon. The AC will have to wait until the spring for comment but the furnace is the quietest we have ever owned and the wifi thermostat has been immensely cool to play with. The owner John was on-site to show us all the features of our new system. He was thoroughly professional and explained everything, answering many things we did not even think to ask. (the crew had beat him to many of the questions we did ask). They were all patient and friendly and always took time to answer any questions we raised.

I am very happy with the personal and professional service I received from John and his wonderful crew. I am very impressed with the high level of care and concern that was paid to my home and to me as a customer. Everything was very well explained to me by Jim Laidlaw, John and Jeremy and they delivered exactly what they said they would. We purchased a new furnace from Reliable after seeking many quotes and weighing the overall bang for the buck. We made the right choice as the the entire team is just excellent - Thank you Greg and Jeremy! The sales process was non pressure and when it came to installation day, everything went as promised. I live in the west end of Ottawa and had Reliable Home Environment install a new hot water tank. I was able to purchase a quality professional series product with an excellent warranty. All the staff from Greg, John, Taylor and Nick were friendly and professional. They took great care to protect my home and left it spotless.
