John (owner) should be commended for surrounding himself with such a competent, but more importantly, personable staff. From Jim in sales to Jeremy, Jordan, Taylor, Nick (installation) and Jordan in service, these guys are wonderful. The conversion was a 'journey' as a home owner, however in the end all was good. I did not research any other company for price comparison as Reliable had installed our air conditioner approx. three years ago and I knew from that experience, that honesty and customer satisfaction were a main staple of this company. Not everything went according to plan, HOWEVER, RHE stepped up to the minor concerns I had, promptly and courteously. The job site was left in immaculate condition when completed. If we all think of our past work done by contractors, would you not rather pay a little extra, but get that PERSONAL touch during and after the work is finished (not forgetting that LENNOX is a great product with a great warranty)?

Not the cheapest and not the most expensive-but the most honest and customer focused! Understands that this is a huge investment and that most people do not understand the process, which Stan explained very well. Job went like clockwork and cleanliness of site was immaculate...except for new roof you would never know they were here. In retrospect I did not need to worry about a thing! Chad and crew deserve much credit for a job well done as well as the pride they put into their work. In the end, as much as it is difficult to part with so much money, I honestly feel that I got a great product as well as superior installation...and that is all one can ask for.
