Reliable roofers are not reliable, the only way you protect yourself as a customer is not paying off the full amount. Here is my lesson, I signed contract with Reliable Roofers on Oct 7,2014, they finally replaced my roof on the last day they could work before winter in Dec 2014, due to bad weather, they left my old flat roof undone. Alex promised to have it done next year. I agreed and very kindly paid off all the money. Next year, Alex came and promised to finish the job, but he didn't. The third year, 2016, he not only broke his promise, but also said flat roof was not included in the contract. I gave all my trust to them, but they treated me like a full. They do not deserve the name "reliable" at all.

Alex is professional, friendly and reliable. He quoted a very reasonable price and his crew got the job done in one day and they cleaned up everything. The only thing not satisfying was that it took me too long to wait. Even though, I still strongly recommend Reliable because they do make me feel reliable.
