Alex replied same day as I contacted him. He was straight forward, offered the best solution to fix leaking roof. There were 3 problem areas to fix and he did it quickly and (hopefully) there will not be any leak for a long while. The roof is old, so I do not expect lifetime warranty.
Pricing was reasonable for an emergency repair.
Also fixed loose siding panel. Would recommend him to my neighbours.
