Romaniuk Heating And Air Conditioning

Our two furnaces were getting old so we got 3 quotes on replacing furnaces, humidifiers, water tank and air conditioning last December. Brandie from Romaniuk gave a quote that was slightly lower than the other two, and he did a thorough job measuring the house and windows, looking at the existing ductwork, etc. HE spent an hour and a half; more than any other estimator.

When one furnace died a few weeks later we called Brandie and he got Nolan and Drew to come a few days later. They spent two days installing everything. All three were very knowledgeable and personable, and always answered any questions we had. We were very happy with how things turned out.

However, when the gas and electric inspectors came out, it failed both inspections. This meant calling them back, having to be available for their three return visits (plus one they missed) and the two repeat inspections. Not a big deal but an inconvenience. Still they did a good job and I felt confident that they got everything in good working order.
