The technician came and said that the dishwasher was fixable. He charged initially 316 dollars and made us wait 24 hours before we checked if the problem was fixed. It turned out that he didn't fix anything and when we called the company sent him again. On his second visit he said that he would order some parts at the cost of 220 dollars. We agreed. Three months later, after several mis-orders of the parts, another technician came to finally repair the dishwasher. Upon this allegedly final visit, the new technical found that the drain (which cost us initially 316 dollars) was never repaired and it will require another 180 dollars if we wanted the issue solved. The company denied to take responsibilities for the error of their first technician and they denied to return the money we paid initially for labour. Instead, they kept blackmailing us for paying additional 180 dollars for parts if we wanted the dishwasher fixed. In total, we paid approximately 550 dollars for a dishwasher that was never fixed by Appliance Repair Guys with a demand of another 180 dollars for an additional part. Incompetent, rude, blackmailing, this is what Appliance Repair Guys are. The robbed us and misled us from the very beginning about the scale of the problem, the repair costs and the timeframe within which a repair could be achieved. I won't recommend this company to anyone.
