Our project was to upgrade 2 curved staircases (to second floor and to basement landing), replace pickets, restore nosings and railings and install hardwood in upper hallway. The showroom offered a wide variety of flooring options, and we found an option that worked well with hardwood installed previously. The quote was very competitive, and the work was completed without drama and on schedule. The project was well staffed, everyone on the crew was skilled and personable. Any tricky parts were addressed and resolved to our complete satisfaction.

My wife and I bought a condo with original builder flooring. When we came to visit the showroom in Concord, we were greeted warmly and were educated on all the different types of floors. This was our first flooring project and we needed that advice.

We settled on some beautiful waterproof laminate floors.

The installers were very professional and clean. Apart from a few minor issues with the installation (minor damage from hammering it into place and the quarter round not being glued properly), the job was completed on time and was done as cleanly as possible (considering it was a 600 sq ft condo).

Highly recommend them and we will use them again if we get a new place!
