We had a bathroom fan installed during the winter and needed a roofing company to complete the exhaust with a roof vent. I was referred to City Roofing by a friend who had his roof installed by this company and was very happy.

Peter came on the scheduled day and did a fantastic job with the roof vent installation. He took pictures of the install and explained the vent features.

I had a few questions regarding other areas of the roof done by a previous roofer and Peter was very kind checking them for us and giving us peace of mind. He even installed a missing metal piece at no extra cost. Furthermore, he explained proper care for a long lasting roof!

The roof replacement was done professionally and on schedule. However, there were some minor issues after the roof was installed that required attention and it took a long time and with some frustration before Peter (the owner) got back to me and fixed the problems. With all that said I am still giving this company a 10 because when Peter came back to fix my roof he was really thorough and meticulous. I appreciate the care he took in fixing my roof.

Peter is very professional when he explained the problem of the leaking of the brick wall that is due to the water flow from the roof. His team works efficiently without delay and the roof was replaced before winter. He also helped to put the gutter guard without extra charge. I am confident with the work done by Peter.

My roof was in bad shape with old shingles and rotting plywood underneath. Peter proved to be quite knowledgeable about roofing replacement and ventilation (critical to prevent mold build up) and suggeted linking bathroom vents to the outside and installing top of the line roof vents . After the recent wind storm the roofers have been extremely busy. Even in this busy time, Peter was able to come and review the work, provide a quote, answer questions before the sale and schedule the actual work for the new roof in a reasonable about of time.

Not only did Peter and team replace the roof in a day, they also replaced the air vents our builder put in with higher quality, waterproof vents. Leakages have been a problem for all of our neighbours. The best part, Peter did not charge us extra for these vents.

After they completed the job, they cleaned up all the roofing bits, nails and debris not only from our yard, but from our neighbours yards.

Peter followed up with a 10 year service warranty and a lifetime/40 year manufacturer warranty on the shingles themselves.
