First off, they were rude (Levent is the worst!), condescending, and acted like I was a nuisance when I called to ask simple questions like, "Do you have a date for the arrival of my move". And, they misplaced my bicycle. They did not even check the manifest to make sure everything had been delivered, and I had to call them and ask them to find my bicycle. That is a testament to their bumbling incompetence.
But, my main complaint is the damaged furniture. It was in good condition when it left Ontario, and it was carried in a refrigerated truck that apparently leaked. Only after I sent several emails did I get a response, and they treated me like a nuisance, once again.
Also, I never got to see a certified copy of the weight of my move. I am just supposed to believe him and the charges (I really doubt them - I moved from the U.S. to Canada with the same items 5 years ago, and I weighed 1000 lbs less). I realize I should have asked for these details in writing, so I have no recourse. Lessons learned.
Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I very much regret using this moving company.
