Aztech Doors & Windows helped replace all the upper windows brick-to-brick at our property. Dmitry was a great help along the way, very responsive and honest.

We began shopping for windows in late 2021. We got quotes from ~3 companies, and chose to go with Aztech because Dmitry was relatable, knowledgeable about the products / Greener Homes Grant eligibility, and also honest about what would suit our house/climate (rather than recommending the most expensive product).

Although there were delays in getting our windows installed due to backlogs related to COVID, Dmitry was always very quick to respond and provided updates as best he could. Installation took place over 2 days in the winter 2022. Dmitry's team came on time, were quick and efficient, and also cleaned up afterwards. The windows look great, and we are very happy with them. Dmitry himself also came to check on their work, and continued to respond promptly to any questions we had after the installation was done and the rest of the deposit paid.

Overall, very satisfied with the entire process, and would definitely recommend going with Aztech for your windows.

The price was half of what we had been quoted by another company and there was no pushy sales person with Aztech which I really appreciated as I had bad experiences with other companies before finding Aztech.

The install team was amazing and did a great job keeping the site clean. They finished all 11 windows in one day (which was really surprising and impressive) and they look great! We're really happy with all their work and would strongly recommend them.

Myron was great to work. Throughout the quoting process. He was honest in his opinions and transparent about how decisions impacted cost as well as where to save. After receiving a few other quotes we felt comfortable going ahead with him. Myron is very responsive and communicates well. The installation crew braved the freezing cold in good spirits to install our windows. The patio door had a small issue which Myron worked to fix swiftly. Our new windows and doors are beautiful and keeping us warm. Highly recommend.

Aztech replaced 7 windows in my 100-year-old-house; 3 were retro-fitted and 4 were stud-to-stud. The process was smooth from consultation to installation. It was a slightly challenging installation, right after a huge snowfall, with more snow falling and very cold, but the crew did an excellent job.

After you have a company install windows in your home, you never think about whether they will honor the warranty included with the sale. As we went to list our house we realized one of the window latch mechanisms had separated inhibiting one of our window to close properly. The windows were installed 5 years ago by Aztech and of course we had thrown out the warranty agreement long ago. I called, explained the situation to Myron and he immediately assured me, his company would be out to fix the issue. I sent a couple of pictures and true to his word, he came with the broken part and fixed the issue himself. Myron knew our house sale was closing soon and decided it was quicker to come himself instead of us waiting for one of his service technicians to be available. Myron demonstrated to us that "service & customer satisfaction" is an an integral part of what it means to buy Aztech Windows products.
