Aztech Doors & Windows

Within hours of our initial request Dmitry reached out and we arranged an on site visit for measurement. He listened to all our wants, offered thoughtful suggestions and solutions, and even explained why we didnt need to (shouldnt) replace a couple windows. Detailed quote arrived within days and as we moved forward through the process everything happened according to the timeline / schedule Dmitry had laid out. Artur and crew did a fantastic job installing everything and cleaning up afterwards (admittedly we didnt realize just how messy a job it would be).
We love our new windows! House is quieter (less outside noise), casements and sliders work smoothly, and the latches/locks are easy to reach/use. Thank you Aztech

Myron was professional, up-front and honest from beginning to end. He provided all the information we needed to make an informed decision on replacing all of our windows and doors and delivered as promised. His team did a great job of removing the old, installing new and cleaning up after themselves.

We wanted to change our old entry door (original from the builder) with a new modern front door with a frosted glass-light side panel.

Second time using Aztech. Installer caulking and finish was clean and well done. Cleaned up the site and rooms after. Communication was great and showed up as scheduled and left right at estimated time.

I got three quotes. It came down to two. I chose Aztech because Dmitry P. was very direct, clearly knew his stuff and not interested in upselling me on something I didn't need or wouldn't work in the long run. Leon was my installer. He was meticulous, very clean, and focused. I could see pretty quickly that he takes pride in his work. Windows are a big investment. This is the second order I have from Aztec windows. Last year I ordered a number of replacement windows and needed a repair after the installation. Myron answered my text Immediately and had the necessary work done in a timely manner. When I needed one more window, I didn't hesitate to call again The customer service at Aztec continues to be excellent.

All in all it turned out to be a very positive experience.
2 quotes out of 4 came very close of each other, but we liked the way Dmitry explained every detail and picked Aztech and did not regret our choice. The windows look great, the sliding door is very smooth and the thermostat is kicks in notably less frequently. The crew was very quick and neat. Thank you guys.
