This is the 2nd time I have used City Appliance. Excellent service.
The first time, Mr.Sagoo repaired our leaking kitchenAid dishwasher. This time, our KitcheAaid fridge (took only 20 mins). I would highly recommend City Appliance and Mr.Sagoo for your repair needs.

Unbelievable and scary experience. This "repairman" came and left within 2 minutes, it was a scary experience. He said there was a corner of plastic bag stuck in freezer fan making noise. He announced $132 charge. I opened my mouth to suggest a reduction -- but he immediately reached into my fridge motor to damage it and said several times: "Now you will pay more"!!! I am waiting to find out what he damaged and will press charges. There is no address on the website. Office phone number reverts back to his cell number. Seems like one guy driving around damaging appliances if he doesn't get the cash he wants.

I called on a Saturday morning had repairman within an hour, he check the fridge, replaced the control board, and it works perfectly. He was fast, clean, polite and very efficient. I will definitely use them and highly recommend them to everyone I know.

Had called this company to fix my lower wall oven. I wasn't super pleased at the communication, he was very curt (bordering on rude) and would ask me to call/text him back repeatedly. Anyway they were the only ones in the city who could fix LG appliances so I was stuck. He came and fixed my oven and replaced the part that was broken after ordering it in. This was last year February 2016. Then last week the same oven broke in the exact same way. It seemed to me either he misdiagnosed the problem, or he got a sub par quality part that couldn't last more than 13 months. I called to tell him that this happened. Without apologizing, he asks what date I got him to service it, and then says very curtly "3 months labor and 1 year parts warranty". When I asked about the 1 year parts warranty he just says "you have to call LG". He made no effort to direct me where to look for this information or further assist me. It was quite clear he did not feel any responsibility to his "workmanship". (Should it not at least surprise someone if the same problem occurs after only 1 year??) Got off the phone after this 1 minute conversation with the distinct feeling that I got completely ripped off. (The service cost $600). I would never recommend a company where the service provider feels 0 obligation to customer satisfaction. Call them at your own risk! (And, just call your manufacturer first before calling them, that was my mistake. I found out now that LG Canada has service people that can come fix appliances, and for a lot cheaper I might add.)

Excellent experience! Mr Sagoo arrived morning after evening call. Very professional and experienced. Diagnosed and fixed dishwasher in under an hour, as well as giving further advice for ongoing upkeep.

Very fast and professional service. No time wasted or extra charges. Repairman was there when he said he would be, was polite, efficient, quick and professional. I would highly recommend.

Sagoo did a great job fixing our washing machine. Very professional, same day service. Plus, he had the repjacement parts in his van, so turned out to be a quick fix. Recommend him to anyone, anytime.

We called on Saturday morning, Sagoo arrived that afternoo and fixed our stove within 15 minutes. We had been waiting for 3 weeks for another company who said they had to order the part. We were impressed with Sagoo, his service and friendliness!

My 20 year old was not cold enough.I called this company. He came in 2 hours. He changed the defrost timer. Its fixed in 10 minutes. They are expensive. Service charge $75+labor $50+ part $125. Part charge is high. Overall. Fridge is working and I am satisfied.

Woke up and our fridge was warm instead of cold. My husband believed it was the compressor. I had to call a few places, as not everyplace works on LG . Called at 9AM, they said they could come THAT day between 12- and 2 PM. Arrived 12:30. Mr Sagoo opened back of fridge, tested things and said more likely just the switch - and put on a new one. FRIDGE FIXED ! !
Also had him look at our older washer, as it started making a screeching sound at end of the spin cycle. His diagnosis - Brakes getting old and starting to make noise - just like on your car. I asked if that is fixable. His answer ( said with a smile) They will be good for quite awhile, when go -tell husband it's time for a new washer. LOL Or call us.
Had we called someone else, we may have been paying for a not needed compressor and brake job.
Will definitely use City Appliance again.
