Appliance Repair review in

This company is a complete rip off...I used them to repair a broken latch on a $400 dishwasher. They replaced it claiming the latch cost $95 dollars and I was billed another $175 in labour for the repair that took 35 minutes from time of arriving to leaving the property. Maybe I'm missing something but since when does a non-skilled trade position expect to get paid $300/hour?
