Clogged drains/Flooded church basement. Needed repaired on Sunday afternoon as church was a polling station for election on Monday.

Mike K has been to my house a few times now to clean out an on-going issue with roots growing into the sewage lines. He is fast, reliable and professional. I would recommend his services to anyone.

Easter weekend while doing a load of laundry, sewage water started coming up through the basement drain. Roto-Rooter sent Mike K to our house at 8:00 PM on Easter long weekend and he snaked the drain where he cleared tree roots and other things from the pipes. Mike was very friendly and explained maintenance options vs permanent options. He re-did the snaking twice and managed to get some more debris out the second time. I would recommend this company for fast, reliable and friendly service.

Our laundry sink wouldn’t drain so after attempting plunge it, draino it, etc we called Roto-Router. Mike came that day in the time frame given, diagnosed the problem, snaked the drain , and gave us advice on how to keep it from happening again. Mike is very pleasant, knew his stuff, and did a great job for us in a timely manner.

Had a main drain pipe split.
The company had someone there fast.
We're talking about a big cast iron pipe.
Mike and Edward came next morning with everthing needed and within 2 hours had everything repaired and cleaned up.
