3 bedroom townhouse – Just painting and carpet reinstallation
He spent more then 3 weeks for this very simple job!
Result
Overpriced. Not in Time
Very poor quality
I can not move in house in time. And I spent a lot of money for hotel.

Joints between pieces of drywall in corners masked by tape
The old tape was in very bad condition – he did not fix it. He painted over
On next day tape was loose and I ask him – to fix it and repaint.
Baseboards had nails sticking out – I fixed it by myself.
His answer “It is not a my problem It is builders problem. I refuse to do that”
What you think – who responsible for removing construction garbage in your home?
Contractor ?
No! I asked him – “Can you please remove a garbage” ?
Answer: “Common, You do not have a broken hands, do you ? “
You can do it by yourself!.”
It is absolutely truth I do not joking – I swear !

This company started out doing a good job or so I thought, but in the end the work was below standard, sloppy with poor finishings. Painting was amateur and they managed to plug up bathtub drain after washing grout down drain and not rinsing. This required going to condo below and accessing plumbing to fix this. Messy and dirty and failed to clean up their work. The owner has to date failed to address these issues despite being treated fairly and being paid in full promptly. AVOID at all costs.
