Etobicoke Door Service

Delivered work as promised, hassle free. I needed my two garage doors replaced as they were very old and bent.

Showed up to work 15 minutes early, and completed the work professionally as per agreed to conditions.

I will revisit my recommendation in about 6 months time to offer further comments in terms of lasting quality of work.

Etobicoke door service sent a contractor instead of Bob and the guy wouldn't replace my broken cable even tho that's what they were called out to do he was only interested in replacing my whole garage door system for 900 as soon as I said I would think about it he came sown 150 bucks.. I asked for his card and all he kept saying was the whole system needs to be replaced. I called another company and they fixed the problem for 150 bucks. Where Etobicoke door service said he couldn't and would only replace then wanted 69 bucks cash for his service call. I paid it so he would go away. Never would I recommend these people

Bob replaced two old single piece garage doors with brand new sectional doors. He showed up in the morning on time and was all done installing the doors and openers by mid afternoon. He made sure the doors and openers worked correctly and taught me how to use everything. Overall very impressed with the work and satisfied with the new garage doors.

My garage door had been acting up until it finally completely stopped working. The cables came loose, the spring decoiled and the bar had gone over to one side.

I called Bob and he showed up within 30 minutes. He quickly figured out the problem and went to work. It required a couple new parts and he even added some custom cut pieces to prevent the problem from happening again. In all, it took about an hour of his time but by the end the garage door was working like new.

After all was said and done, he gave me a very fair price. Let me say I've never tipped a repair type person before, but I tipped Bob happily. His work was great and his price was more than fair. I would absolutely call him again and have recommended him to family and friends.

Bob responded promptly to a left message. He promised to show up within a certain time window and did just that. He worked quickly and in no time at all had replaced the cables. He was very professional but also very personable. We would not hesitate to recommend him.

Called Bob @ 9:30am on a Monday. He was able to schedule an appointment same day and was at my location within an hour. Work was done quickly and professionally and Bob also made a few adjustments/tune ups to the garage door and opener mechanisms

February 2015, around 8:30pm. Called Bob for an emergency, the garage door spring broke in half due to the cold weather.
I thought he won't pick up the phone and won't show up, I was very wrong. Within half an hour he was already fixing the door, did it quickly and precisely.
Definitely calling him again for future services, and I strongly recommend him.

Tried opening my garage door but would only open a few inches. Thought it was due to the extreme cold. When I realized it wasn't going to work no matter what I did, I remembered that my neighbour had used a garage door service in the summer and I had got his card at that time. I luckily found his card and called. Bob said he would be at my place within 30 minutes . Btw, this happened on a Sunday and it was Family Day long weekend, not to mention the coldest day in a long time! Bob arrived soon after my call and within an hour had my garage door working again. His price was reasonable and the service was exceptional. Very nice guy. I would highly recommend him . The fact that he was so prompt on a Sunday of a long weekend speaks volumes.
